Guitars on the Gear Hall

Guitars for Sale

Solid-body, hollow-body, and acoustic guitars from session players selling off what they don’t carry on the next tour. Vintage Fenders, Gibson SGs, well-worn Telecasters, and the studio workhorses that took a decade of session cards and survived.

Guitars are the part of the marketplace where age and playwear add value, not subtract from it. A 1965 Telecaster with honest buckle rash is a different sale than the same body in mint shape — sellers on Cue Room are session players and touring musicians, so the wear is real and the story behind each guitar usually comes with the listing.

Common brands you’ll see: Fender (Telecaster, Stratocaster, Jazzmaster, Jaguar, offset), Gibson (Les Paul, SG, ES-335, 335-based hollowbodies), Gretsch (Electromatic, Streamliner, the 6120), Martin (D-28, 000, OM), Taylor (814, 310), PRS (Custom 24, McCarty, the S2 line), and the boutique builders whose names turn up on session riders (Nash, Suhr, Tom Anderson, Collings).
